The hotel is located right at the main avenue, which can be noisy during weekdays due to traffic. The rooms are a bit old, with issues like a leaking toilet that caused carpet damage and uncomfortable shower entry. The location is excellent for exploring the city but lacks insulation from noise.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms at the main avenue can be noisy during weekdays, and some maintenance issues like a leaking toilet were present. The decor feels outdated, and the shower setup is not the most convenient.
Service
7.0
The staff was friendly and helpful, offering directions and assistance. However, there is room for improvement in catering to non-Mexican clients and ensuring consistent service standards.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is excellent for sightseeing, being central and close to major attractions. While noisy due to the main avenue, the area is convenient for exploring the city.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience is basic, with limited breakfast options like fruit and cold toast. The quality of the offerings could be improved for a more satisfying dining experience.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel lacks notable facilities but offers a central location for easy access to nearby amenities and attractions.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room finally got exceeded my expectations with a bathing tub and a good view, but the constant chiming of the outside clock was a major downside that became very disappointing. Room 514 had a dramatic bedroom but a great outlook at a good price.

Rooms
8.0
I was delighted to find a room with a bathing tub and a good view, but the constant ringing bells of the outside clock every hour were very disappointing. Room 514 had a dramatic bedroom with a great outlook at a reasonable price.
Service
5.0
The service was a mixed bag. While the location was close to everywhere I needed to go, the reception desk staff, from the receptionist to the doorman, were rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful.
Location
7.0
The location was a good fit for me as it was right where I needed to be, with easy access to downtown and Reforma Avenue. However, it wasn't in the center of the main places to see. Close to Angel de la Independencia, the hotel is ideal for getting around in Mexico City.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was alright. While the breakfast was delicious, it wasn't exceptional. The location and breakfast were the main highlights for me.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were satisfactory, offering what I needed during my stay.

7.6/10

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Mexico City, with spacious rooms overlooking the Reforma and surprisingly quiet. The atmosphere is welcoming, but the noise from the main avenue could be bothersome. The service is attentive and helpful, making it easy to navigate the city. However, the dining options were lacking in quality and variety.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean but facing the main avenue, which could be noisy during weekdays; however, they were spacious and well-maintained.
Service
8.0
The staff was very attentive and ready to assist with any needs, although the approach to fixing issues may not always be ideal.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is excellent, connecting well to various attractions, but being on a busy avenue may not be ideal for light sleepers.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was below expectations, with limited and barely adequate options available.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offers basic facilities but lacks standout features.
